• Viscosity – Water-Mat 2000 & 3000 lacquers are
delivered ready to use. Water-Mat 2000 optimal viscosity range is 30-40
seconds, • PH Levels – 2000 & 3000 is designed to be PH stable. It has an optimal PH range of 8.0-9.0. If it is necessary to raise the PH, add (unscented) household ammonia. • Cure Tim e – 2000 & 3000 dries to the touch in seconds. Initial water resistance will be evident after 5 minutes. Maximum water resistance will develop within 12-24 hours. • UV Resistance – 2000 & 3000 will reduce fading in non-light fast inks and dyes. Multiple coats will improve UV resistance and color stability. • Shelf Life – 2000 & 3000 shows no stability
problems after one year of storage. Avoid freezing. Mix well before use. • Clean Up – 2000 & 3000 has been formulated for easy clean up. If coating has not dried, simply use warm water. If coating has started to dry, use isopropyl alcohol. After coating has dried, we recommend using Water-Mat Stripper.
